Douglas Costas much speculated move to Juventus is set to be finalized next week before the clubs U.S tour. The Brazilian winger will join Juventus from Bayern Munich for a reported fee of 46 million euros. Juventus will loan Costa for a year and pay 10 million euros up front with an obligation to pay the other 36 million next summer. Costa has had an up and down tenure with Bayern. After joining from Shakhtar Dontesk in 2015 for 30 million euros the winger scored 2 goals and assisted another 12 in the first half of the 2015-2016 Bundesliga season. However after that impressive spell Costa struggled to perform at the club and lacked motivation, notably refusing to play in Bayern munches Champions league quarter final match against Real Madrid.
Juventus have already strengthened there squad this summer signing Chelsea’s Juan Cuadrado and Bayern’s Medhi Benatia on permanent deals following their loan spells at the club, while 20-year-old midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur has joined from Boca Juniors.
